I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and lived there until the age of 12. In 2001, I relocated to the United States with my family and have since made Orlando, Florida my home. In 2019, I proudly became a U.S. citizen.

My career in the process serving industry began in 2010, when I joined a process serving agency and served as their client manager for eight years. In 2017, I transitioned into the technology side of the industry by joining Database Services Inc.—now known as Dreambuilt Software Inc.—a software company that gave me the opportunity to develop and refine my technical skills.



As I immersed myself in the tech space, I discovered a passion for helping process servers grow their businesses through technology. In 2022, I was offered a business partnership by Mike Reid and became Vice President of Mighty Website Builder. Every step in my career has led me to this role, where I’m able to do what I love: support process servers by leveraging my technical expertise and deep industry experience.
