My Review of 3 CRM Companies for Small Businesses
Finding a CRM for Lead Generation and Customer Retention
The first software on my list is full featured and designed to meet all of your needs as a small business. Human resources, Social media, Form Automation, Surveys and email campaigns to bring in new customers. To help with trouble tickets it offers a help desk and collaboration tools to get projects done on time. It offers free plans to get started for up to three users. For more than three users plans start at just $12 per month.
This next one has become the largest CRM software with some of the coolest features available online. As a tool for CRM it will do almost anything you may want your CRM to do. For example I use Google calendar to keep track of appointments. If the email that I share in the calendar is associated with a contact in the CRM it will show up in Salesforce’s activities field. It tracks emails sent and assigned projects.
I love all of the features and automation but many of the options are very technical and for a team of 3 or more it would be training intensive to bring everyone together on projects. In addition to the complexity of Salesforce it also has a hefty price tag at $75 per user it would not meet the needs of my 10 person team for a price we can afford.
This last CRM is my favorite as I was really delighted to be taken carefully through the intuitive dashboard and features that if offered. This tool allows you to have unlimited users with up to 1 million contacts before upgrading to a premium plan at $50 per month. It offers features that other softwares charges you for! For example, you can track emails, chat/bots and schedule meetings for FREE! If you own a small business and have a medium to large team of 3 or more this is the option for you! If you have three or less you may consider the Free plan from Zoho as it also has many amazing features for FREE.
In short, I would choose Hubspot as I have a team of 10 and need a solution that won't break the bank! Keep customers happy with project management tools and keep them coming in the door with the marketing and sales tracking tools they offer.
